This Stir Fried Pork with Ginger and Spring Onion is another easy to prepare recipe without much preparation time required which is extremely useful for busy people who still want to enjoy yummy home cooked food. We plated the pork on a hotplate for that extra oomph and also because we just love to look at sizzling food. They always look really appetizing.
